 Esty Kurti I moved to Lake Norman in 1993 and have experienced first hand the phenomenal growth of the area, first as a business owner and for the last eight years as an active Real Estate broker. I love the Lake Norman area and am very enthusiastic about the growth and development. I share this enthusiasm with my clients who move here from many different states.
My Real Estate career followed previous experiences as a Graphic Designer, Teacher and Retail Business owner. Helping a client sell their residence or find a new home feels like the sum of all the experiences that I have had so far. I combine my love for beauty and all visual things with my love of people and world class customer service that I learned in business.
My personal life prepared me to be an excellent advisor to people on the move, whether in town, in state or coming from other areas and even cultures. Since our marriage in 1970 my husband and I have moved 15 times, including a move overseas. My clients know I understand the buying/selling/relocating process and will help make their move a positive experience.
My children are grown now and I am the proud grandmother to a beautiful baby boy. I still work full time and I will do so as long as I can. I pride myself on the fact that many of my clients become my personal friends and that they choose to refer me to their family and friends.

 Geri Silliman I began my career in the Investment Management field and for 32 years worked with client portfolios within the Bank Trust and Stock Brokerage areas. My knowledge of investments and financial planning helped lead me to the world of real estate where I now help clients with one of the biggest and most important investments in their portfolios ~ their home.
My husband, Greg, and I moved ot the Lake Norman area 11 years ago and decided to make this our home. We love the lake for its beauty and vibrancy.  Rita Jennings I have been a life long resident of North Carolina and a resident of the Lake Norman area for 10 years. We moved to this wonderful, growing area due to my husbands career in NASCAR. Prior to this move my professional background was in Management. When we moved to the area, I decided to put my professional people skills to work in Real Estate.
